Every order is shipped via the United States Postal Service. When your order is packed and weighed a label is then generated. You are emailed a tracking number with which you are able to track the progress of your package. If your package says Delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office asap! Sometimes a package is scanned incorrectly and will most likely show up the following day. Esoteric Aroma is not responsible for a package once it shows "delivered". If, when you track your package there is a delay or an issue on the part of the postal service, please contact your local post office or mail carrier. This is normally the quickest way of resolving any issue.

When you place a $50 (USD) or more order with us, we pay the freight (US only). It is up to our discretion on how we ship it. Depending on the weight, we may ship it First Class mail, regardless if you requested Priority.
