This shrug took my breath my away when I opened the package. It is a beautiful handmade shrug, just as pictured, and much softer and warmer than I expected. That being said, it is just as pictured, so it has a very square shape. Once on, the shoulders do stick out like in the pictures. I had hoped that it would be constructed in more of an A-line shape. Emir was very accommodating, and tried to have it knitted this way, but it didn't quite work and there were some miscommunication/translation issues. I won't be wearing it as often as I would have loved to because of the shape (and the shoulders sticking out a bit) and needing to constantly adjust it. Nonetheless, this is a beautiful shrug, and Emir did her best and attempted to make it as I requested.

Well fitting and very well made. I am 5’10” tall and the length is past my waist and sits just 2” below the base of my spine. An excellent fit and I am extremely pleased with the sweater. I would recommend this beautifully crafted sweater for personal use or as a gift for anyone who loves colourful and well made clothing. I will be treasuring this sweater for a very long time. It is a rare and unusual knit sweater and will be a lovely garment for anyone who loves colourful clothing.
