This is a bakery recipe combining the bakery style with Homestyle classic chocolate chip cookies. One of several chocolate chip cookies I make. A soft cookie with a light crunch on the outside. This cookie is not gooey in the middle like the New York cookie recipes, as it’s still firm but soft. and not flat or too thin, nor too cakey or too thick. This comes with the downloadable recipe and a page of notes. I give instructions for small cookies and large cookies. I personally prefer the large cookies.
