Your DIGITAL order will be emailed to you within 3 business days (Mon-Fri, Orders placed Fri-Sun will not be started until the next week). If you need your invite faster you can select the 1 Business day time frame at checkout. Rushed Invites will be sent within 24 hours.

We can not begin your order until we have ALL of your invitation information. If you need something omitted, please let us know when you order. Please double and triple-check your note to the seller before ordering. We customize the files exactly as shown in the note. We allow 2 additional rounds of changes if the first set of files needs any updates. After the additional 2 rounds, a $5 design change fee will be required.

➼ The Details ➼

Your order includes a custom 5x7" invitation in High-Resolution JPEG and PDF format. PDF’s will have 2 invitations per page and are meant for home printing or copy/print stores like Staples. JPEG is a single file you can upload to an online photo lab or print from home. The invitation will include a matching back design you can use if using a print shop that allows for it. Invite fits standard A7 envelopes which are NOT included, as these are DIGITAL files only. This listing does NOT include any color, size, font, layout, language, or graphic changes. Differences in computer monitors and printer quality may cause the colors you see on your screen to vary slightly when printed.

We highly recommend using www.Mpix.com for invitation printing.

►No, we provide digital items only. All items in our shop are emailed to you. Nothing is physically sent. We recommend using Zazzle.com for invitation printing and Mpix.com for art prints.

►If printing PDF files from Staples, Office Max, etc., you may be required to show the “Permission To Print” form included with every order. We !! DO NOT !! recommend using Kinkos/FedEx for printing as we have heard many times that they will often not let customers print even with the included form.

We are happy to cancel/refund your order BEFORE files have been emailed or downloaded.

If you need to cancel your order before we have sent a proof to you please send a cancellation request with the reason why and we can send a refund through Etsy or Paypal.

Due to the digital nature of our items, there are no refunds once a proof/final copy of your order has been sent to you, or after your instant files has been downloaded. We are happy to edit your prints and printables until you are totally satisfied!
