Designed and handmade to order in England to a high standard, the cushion is generously filled with flame retardant polystyrene balls for stability. They have a durable, warm plate resistant (no hot plates), matt laminate printed surface, which is super easy to wipe clean.

GUARANTEE
Our lap trays come with a 1 year guarantee which covers workmanship such as the frame coming loose, stitching coming undone and the bean bag leaking.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are not 100% happy with your TROVE Tray, you may return it for a refund if you let us know within 14 days of delivery and return the tray within 30 days of delivery. The purchaser would bear all delivery costs and be responsible for the unused trays return in as new saleable condition.

In the rare event of an item being damaged during transport (we package well), it can be replaced by providing emailed photographic evidence of the damage within 3 DAYS of delivery. As well as of any damaged packaging, to aid us with our claim with Royal Mail. Once this has been received a replacement will be dispatched.
