We do accept returns or exchanges only if the wrong item was sent, or if it is damaged in any way. We do quality check out items before they are sent out to you to avoid this happening. If there are any problems with delivery of the item, please send us a message we will do our best to help you locate the item and arrange a redelivery. It is ultimately the BUYERS responsibility to arrange a redelivery and make sure the item is collected from depot or delivered to a safe location. We will not be refunding any original postage charges related to the BUYER not collecting the item in due time or the return postage costs. However we will do our best to help get the item to you :)

Sometimes there may be unexpected delays with shipping times, if you need your item urgently please send us a message and we can discuss some alternative options to get your item to you as quickly as possible.

UK sent items over £30 are sent tracked and Signed for to locate the item once shipped so your orders are insured by us if the courier deems the package 'lost'.

When buying jewellery and other small items there is the optional upgrade of a 'Tracked Service'. If this is not chosen we are not liable for any refunds for item not received. This is very rare and so far 99% of purchased have been delivered smoothly. We will send you proof of posting and try to claim back any refunds from the courier to send to you but ultimately it is your choice whether you would like the added insurance and guarantee.

NEXT DAY 24 hour service works Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday in the week will most likely get their item on Monday. Couriers work Mon-Fri so if the collection is on the Friday the delivery will be on the Monday. Please be aware of this before purchase. Any urgent items please let us know as we have some other couriers that may be able to deliver at the weekend at a premium.
