How can I download my product?
After your payment is confirmed, Etsy will send you an email with a download link.
You can also find your files anytime in your Etsy account:
Profile → Purchases and Reviews → Download Files.

I didn’t receive my download email — what should I do?
No worries ♡ Sometimes Etsy’s download email can take a few minutes or may go to your spam/junk folder.
You can always access your files directly from your Etsy account:

Can I get a refund for digital products?
Because all items in my shop are digital downloads, I’m unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase.
However, if you experience any issue with your files — please contact me right away.
I’ll do my best to make sure you’re completely happy with your order.
