What are your processing and shipping times?
Our products are made on demand, we do not have stock of products. After you have ordered it, the production time is 3-7 business days and another 3-7 business days for US shipping or 7-21 business days for International shipping. All products are made in the US.
What are your policies about returning or exchanging product?
We make the product as your order, such as style, color, size and design. So, we cannot accept return or exchange it. However, if the product is not same as your order or you have any problem with the product, please feel free to contact us. We still care, and we will try our best we can make it right for you.
Can I cancel the order?
As you know that our products are made on your demand. Please make sure that you read about the product description, size guide, production and shipping time frame before placing an order. If you insist to cancel the order, please contact us within 24 hours after you place the order. Please note that a cancellation fee of 20% of the total price will be charged.
What materials are your shirt made from?
Our products are top of the line quality of Bella Canvas, Next Level or Gildan. The fabrics are made of cotton mixed polyester. It feels soft and lightweight, with the right amount of stretch. Comfortable for both men, women and kid.
How do you print your shirt?
Our process is the Direct to Garment (DTG). With DTG printing, a printer directly applies the ink onto the shirt with inkjet technology. You can be sure that the product will come out as the photo you see.

We have many different styles, please check measurements before ordering. The chart is located in the product detail section of every item.

If you are on the fence between two sizes we recommend going with the larger size. Please note that the shirt size may have a discrepancy of 1-2 inch.
How do I wash my shirts?
Turning inside out and wash it with a washing machine in warm water that is around 105 °F (40 °C). Keep in mind that you should only use non-chlorine bleach if necessary and do not iron the decorated (printed) areas. Also, do not dry clean.
For a dark-colored shirt, please soak it in plain water and wash it by hand the first time to prevent the color bleed.
Please note that the smell is like vinegar might arrive with the shirt because of the printing and packing processes, but they always disappear after a simple wash.
Do you have a couple shirt or custom shirt?
Yes, we have. We sell matching or couple shirts separately. You can find the design you want in our shop. Also, We are happy to help and provide you with custom designs. Please contact me by your requirements.
Color differentiation
Product images are generated by a computer program, it may be slightly different in color from the actual product due to fabric limitations. And the display through different devices may show different colors.
Claim Period
Asking a claim for a defect or loss of product can only be made within 30 days from the date of shipment.
