Royal Mail 2nd class is used for all deliveries which is a 2-3 working day service but please allow for delays in the network.

IF you have not received your order after 10 days (when Royal Mail class it as lost) please get in touch so I can arrange for the next steps.

I strive for 100% customer satisfaction and always want a smiling customer but remember, once your order leaves me it is out of my hands... lost or damaged items do happen from time to time and it only takes a message to myself to get things rectified - I don't bite 😊
