Do I need to pay customs or import taxes?
- You will not pay any customs or clearance fees for orders shipped to the United States. All customs duties and brokerage fees are covered by us as the seller. You will not be charged anything at delivery.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our business and the fact that all items are handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with clear photos. Approved returns must be sent back in original packaging and unused condition. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If a shipment cannot be delivered and is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
