5 out of 5 starsI found this item to be exactly as described. The sign allows for the a three tier brightness..basically low-medium-high. I have it in the bedroom and on high brightness - it is very bright. The pink is a beautiful shade of pink...the kind of pink for a little girl's room or a teen room. I got a size that just sits over the bed about 30" and it is perfect. It is not too heavy, but I would anchor the item to ensure it does not move. I did not use the chain that comes with it, but to ensure it remains level I used nails and the provided holes. I recommend this product. Oh and customer service was pretty good. Responded quickly and worked with me on delivery date.
