Great people great service would do again

I ordered custom keychains and couldn’t be happier with both the product and the customer service. Communication was absolutely amazing from start to finish — from helping me finalize the design and details to keeping me informed every step of the way, including when my order shipped. The turnaround time was incredibly fast, just a few days, which truly exceeded my expectations. Not to mention, the shop owner had just welcomed a new baby and still managed to provide outstanding service and attention to detail. You can tell how much care and dedication goes into this shop. I highly recommend and will definitely be ordering again!

Great customer service but the keychain part broke off cause the plastic is very brittle
