I approached Katia with a custom request based off one of her other listings. She was very easy to work with, kept me involved in the process, and verified at every step that I was fully satisfied with the colors/materials/size of the rug and did several mockups. Shipping was incredibly fast and I'm impressed by the quality of this rug. Beautiful in person and adds so much personality to my entryway!
