Where Creativity Lives On
Every design begins with an idea and with memory.
FloraRose was born from love, loss, and the belief that creativity never truly leaves us.
In 2022, my life changed overnight when my mother, Josephine Flora Faienza, passed away suddenly from metastatic breast cancer. She was hands-on, endlessly creative, and entrepreneurial to her core. She ran her own boutique, made her own holiday decorations, designed custom jewelry, and believed that beautiful details mattered. She didn’t just create things. She created feeling.
Everything she made carried intention.
And every note she signed ended the same way.
Made with love.
Flora is not my first name.
It was my mother’s middle name, a name not everyone knew, but one that meant so much to me.
I like to think that through this shop, I carry her dreams forward. In building something creative and my own, I am continuing the entrepreneurial and artistic spirit she lived so fully.
This shop carries her name because it carries her spirit.
When I design an invitation, I think the way she did, thoughtfully, intentionally, with care. I do not use pre-made templates or rush to follow trends. Each layout, font pairing, and detail is built from scratch. Some designs are soft and romantic. Others are clean and minimal. All are created slowly and purposefully.
A medium once told me that when someone we love passes, we carry their qualities forward, that channeling what made them special keeps them close to us in this life.
FloraRose is how I carry her.
Every invitation is made for people who value simplicity, creativity, and something that feels personal rather than mass-produced. Whether it is a wedding, a baby shower, or a meaningful gathering, these designs are created with intention from start to finish.
I like to believe she would be proud of this journey.
And in every detail, she is here.
Made with love,
FloraRose
