❈ Cancelation
I start working on custom, made-to-order items shortly after your order is placed, cancellations may not always be available. If you've made an error or wish to cancel, please do so within 24 hours, and I’ll provide a full refund. After 24 hours, if your order is already in production or shipping, I won't be able to offer a refund.
❈ Exchange, Return & Refund Condition
Because each item is custom-made, I’m unable to offer RETURNS or EXCHANGES unless there’s a mistake or defect on my end.
However, if you have any concerns with your order, feel free to reach out, and I’ll be happy to assist you.
Care Instructions
Hand washing preferable, otherwise washing in warm or cold water under 45°.
Avoid drying clean, using bleach or iron directly over the design.
Please separate the colors, at least for the first wash.
Do not dry in too high temperature.
Choosing Sizes
Each product listing includes detailed garment measurements, which are unique to my shop and don’t align with standard country size charts.
I strongly suggest comparing these measurements with your own before ordering. If you have any questions or need guidance, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to assist!

The colors displayed on your device may vary slightly from the actual product due to screen settings and resolutions. While I strive to represent the colors as accurately as possible, slight differences may occur. If you have any concerns or questions, feel free to reach out!
After The Package Is Shipped
❈ Received a Damaged Item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to meASAP within 30 days of delivery. I’m happy to correct the issue once you provide clear photos (with a measuring tape, if needed) showing the damaged areas.
❈ Marked as Delivered but Didn’t Get It?
Occasionally, carriers might mark a package as delivered while it’s still in transit or dropped off at the wrong location.
Start by contacting your local post office to check the package’s status, or submit a Help Request through the carrier's website. If your package still doesn’t show up, please let me know, and I’ll figure out the next steps to assist you.
