The buyer was extremely dishonest. If the packaging was torn during transit, the actual product inside was still absolutely fine. The buyer opened a case and received a refund from Etsy for such a small amount without providing any proof of damage to the actual product. If there had been any issue with the product itself, the buyer should have uploaded clear images showing the damage.
