Unfortunately, even though every step possible was followed to deliver the print without any crease, my print had a pretty significant crease that couldn’t be straightened out. Jade was in contact with me through it all and she immediately sent out a replacement with the hopes that it arrives without any creases. I received the replacement print super quick (just like the first time earlier than expected) and this time no creases!! I would recommend this store and Jade’s products to everyone and will go to her Etsy page first for future gifts. ✨

Shipping Details
All prints are sent out via RoyalMail 2nd Class, except for A3 Prints will be sent out via Tracked48.
Processing Time
All standard prints are sent out within 1-2 business days after we receive your order, while custom prints are shipped within 1-3 days. Should your delivery take longer than expected, please contact us directly and we'll assist you in resolving the issue. We use Royal Mail for shipping, which provides dependable service.
Packaging
We wrapped all our prints in a protective tissue paper and post in a sturdy manila card backed envelope, except for A3 prints we use poster tube, to ensure they arrive in the condition we left them in.
