I always try to make our patterns as easy to understand as possible. My patterns are written in STANDARD AMERICAN TERMS and include many pictures and notes to help illustrate what we are meaning along the way.

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so if you do happen to have a question with a pattern please contact us through Etsy Convos and we will try to help you out.

PayPal is the form of Payment we accept.

If you do not have a PayPal account, or if you do not want to use PayPal you can check out through PayPal as a guest and use your credit card. : ) All you do is click the "Check out with PayPal" Button at check out. Then on the next screen it will ask you to sign in, below that will be a button that says "Don't have a PayPal account". Click that button and it will take you to a screen where you can pay with your credit card.

It's not any shipping fees since I do not sell physical items. All items are delivered electronically.

-Individual patterns are for Instant Download. You can always access your download from it's receipt. You can find your receipt by using the "my account" button and then clicking on "purchases".

To read PDF files on your computer you must have Adobe software. It is a free program that can be downloaded at the Adobe website. www.adobe.com
