What happens if my print arrives damaged or is lost?
Please contact me within 48 hours and provide a photo of the damaged item. We'll make sure you get a replacement print at no charge!
Can I request a custom size?
If you need a print size not listed, please send me a message before ordering and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
Do your prints come framed? Where can I find frames?
No, they don't come framed. Any frames shown in product photos are for display purposes only. However, they are standard print sizes and you can easily find frames at places such as Michaels, Target, CB2, Pottery Barn, Ikea. Michaels has a full framing department if you would like your prints custom framed. Or you local frame shop can help you out!
Do you offer digital downloads?
No I do not offer digital downloads at this time.
Are your prints original? Are they copyrighted?
Yes, all prints are taken by me, Karly Rose Sahr! As such, all prints and photographs are copyrighted. Commercial use or redistribution without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.
Where do you ship from?
West coast of United States
Custom and personalized orders
We process orders within 1-4 business days and they should be delivered within 14 business days, depending on your location, often times sooner.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the made-to-order nature of these prints, returns are not available, sorry! Please be sure your sizing is correct before ordering. However, if there is a quality issue, please contact me to arrange for a replacement
Can I cancel my order after purchasing?
Orders may be canceled within 3 hours of purchase for a full refund. If you need to request a cancellation, please send me a message as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to help.
