Welcome to my little creative place in this world. My name is Melissa. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, but definitely not a city girl. We live in a quiet little spot in upstate New York with dreams to fly south someday!
I started this shop to help support my family after we closed our local boutique party store (during the pandemic and after my husband's leukemia diagnosis - what a year!!). Although it was a lifelong dream and I was sad to see that door close, I am beginning to build a new dream here - one where I can still be creative, connect with customers all over the world and be there to support my family.
This shop is named after my 16 year old daughter, Katherine. :) Her creativity, resilience and kind hearted nature inspires me everyday. You will even see some of her very own designs here too! She's a talented artist, Star Wars enthusiast and foodie. Her dream is to someday work for Disney as a concept artist. Right now, we spend our days working on creative designs for our small business and absolutely love it! Every week you will find something new.
