Hi, I’m Kat, founder of Leap Coaching!
I’ve spent my career helping leaders and managers develop their coaching and leadership skills. After starting out as a management trainer and leadership facilitator at Barclays Bank, I went on to form a successful training and coaching partnership. During this time, I worked with thousands of leaders, designing and delivering high-impact coaching and leadership programmes.
Through all of this, one thing became clear: coaching is one of the most powerful leadership tools—but too many managers see it as just another task rather than an opportunity for real impact. Done well, coaching isn’t just a conversation—it’s a transformational experience that helps people feel valued, stretched, and supported. That’s why I decided to make coaching my priority and founded Leap Coaching.
I created this Etsy shop to make coaching more accessible. Many managers and leaders are told to coach but aren’t given the tools or confidence to do it well. That’s where my workbooks, templates, and digital coaching guides come in. These are the same tools I’ve used and refined over 25 years of training thousands of leaders—they’ve been tried, tested, and they work.
I want my resources to help you feel confident, empowered, and actually enjoy the people side of leadership. Because when coaching is done well, it’s one of the most satisfying and impactful parts of being a leader.
