LEXRO operates through Etsy and follows applicable Etsy policies and applicable privacy, consumer protection, tax, and legal requirements.

When you purchase a product from LEXRO or contact us through Etsy, we may receive certain information made available in connection with your transaction or communication.
This may include:

• Your Etsy account information made available to sellers
• Your order and transaction details
• Information about the digital products you purchased
• Messages and communications you send through Etsy Messages
• Information you voluntarily provide when requesting assistance

We do not ask customers to provide passwords, full payment-card details, or other sensitive payment credentials through Etsy Messages.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
LEXRO currently sells digital products only.
No physical product will be shipped.
Our shop primarily offers two types of digital products:
PNG Designs — High-resolution digital artwork provided as PNG files with transparent backgrounds. Exact dimensions and specifications are provided in each individual listing.
Multi-Format Designs — Digital design packages containing multiple professionally prepared file formats. Depending on the individual listing, formats may include PNG, SVG, EPS, DXF, AI, PDF, TIFF, JPG, and other formats specifically stated in the listing.
Customers should review each individual product listing before purchasing to confirm the exact files, formats, dimensions, and specifications included.
4. DIGITAL FILE DELIVERY
After completing a purchase, the Etsy download will include a PDF Access Guide containing a link to access the purchased digital files.
Customers should download and open the PDF and follow the provided link to access and download their purchased files.
This delivery method applies to both PNG Designs and Multi-Format Designs unless otherwise clearly stated in an individual listing.
Because the purchased files are accessed through a link contained in the PDF, a third-party file-hosting or storage service may be involved in providing access to the digital files.
The privacy practices of Etsy and any third-party service used to provide file access are governed by their respective policies.
If you experience difficulty opening the PDF Access Guide, accessing the provided link, or downloading your purchased files, please contact LEXRO through Etsy Messages.
5. PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payments for purchases made through our Etsy shop are processed through Etsy and its applicable payment systems.
LEXRO does not directly process or store customers' full credit-card numbers or payment-account passwords.
Please do not send credit-card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials through Etsy Messages.
Customers should use Etsy's official payment and account systems for payment-related information.
6. SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
LEXRO does not sell or rent customer personal information.
Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to:
• Process or support a customer's order

LEXRO does not control the independent privacy practices of Etsy or other third-party services.

If purchased files are missing, corrupted, inaccessible, or there is another problem with a digital order, please contact LEXRO through Etsy Messages so we can investigate and assist.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law or Etsy policies.
12. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
LEXRO's digital products and services are not specifically directed toward children.
We do not knowingly request personal information from children through Etsy Messages.
Use of Etsy accounts and services remains subject to Etsy's applicable terms, policies, and age requirements.
