3 out of 5 starsThe item does not look like the original picture. They offered to redo and replace the items but due to time constraints I would not get the gift on time. Instead, I requested a refund and the customer service was excellent. They were prompt, helpful and issued a refund immediately.

4 out of 5 starsArrived ontime and thankfully undamaged but it is poorly packaged. It is exactly as ordered and nice overall but....The glass globe is shipped in its original package with no padding and only wrapped in plastic. Also though the shop says its located in Washington, the item is shipped from China. Overall it was a good purchase though.

3 out of 5 starsI just received this item today but unfortunately I am disappointed with it because it doesn’t match the displayed picture on your site. I do not like to see prominent stitching as this has. I would like to return this item for a full refund. I ordered similar items from another vendor & was disappointed but thought that I might be happier going to another vendor. That didn’t work. Please let me know what I need to do to return this item & get my refund. Thank you

1 out of 5 starsItem doesn't match the picture. It's very soft (not what yo'd expect for the bag) with a very lousy stitches. I got it for the gift and it looks horrible. I'm very upset with it.
