Can I get a faster delivery?
I offer delivery upgrades for most of my products. If you want a faster delivery you can opt for a delivery upgrade at checkout or contact me directly.
My order hasn't arrived on time. Can I get a refund?
If your item is lost, your order qualifies for full refund. An item will be considered as lost 13 working days after the dispatch date for the UK, 25 working days for Europe and 32 working days for everywhere else.
Do your phone cases support wireless charging?
Yes. All my phone cases support wireless charging.
Can I exchange my product for a different design?
All exchanges and replacements are for the same design.
I no longer want my product. Can I get a refund?
As an effort to reduce waste and the business environmental impact, all my products are made to order and therefore not eligible for refund, unless faulty. Please contact me if you have any issues and I will make sure you receive a replacement or get a refund for your faulty product.
My product is faulty. Can I get a replacement?
If your product is faulty I will send you a replacement, completely free of charge. Please contact me if you have any issues.
I don't live in the UK. Will I have to pay any Custom import taxes?
No. All my products are printed locally to you, so you won't have to deal with Customs delays or taxes.
I ordered the wrong model. Can I return my item?
As an effort to reduce waste and the business environmental impact, all my products are made to order and therefore not eligible for refund or return, unless faulty. Please check your device model before ordering.
