Frequently asked questions

All products in our shop are digital. Nothing will be physically shipped to you.
How do I access my purchase?
Your files are available to download through Etsy after purchase. You can also find them anytime under Purchases & Reviews in your Etsy account.
Can I use these products for my business?
Absolutely. Our resources are created to support you in building, planning, and growing your business. You’re welcome to customize and use them within your own brand.
Can I resell or share the products?
Our products are created for your own personal or business use. You may customize them for your brand, but the original files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or claimed as your own.
Do you offer refunds?
As our products are digital downloads, we’re unable to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out. We’re always happy to help.
Need help choosing a product?
If you’re unsure which resource is right for your business, feel free to send us a message before purchasing. We’re happy to point you in the right direction.
Do you have a suggestion for a future product?
We’d love to hear from you! If there’s a planner, template, guide, or business resource you’d love to see in our shop, feel free to send us a message with your idea. Your suggestions help us create resources that genuinely support your business.
