About a week after my initial order I reached out to NextDesignCo to check on my order, only to discover the order had not been received by them. With Kim’s help I quickly discovered the issue was with how I accessed Etsy Canada through a remote server system - entirely my fault. That issue aside, Kim quickly offered to process my order personally….. needless to say I was impressed with such an offer from an online company when the ordering issue was all mine. I have now received and installed my decals, they look great and are without doubt a quality product. A pleasant surprise given my neighbour recently paid 4 times what I just paid for a similar product from another supplier. Thank you Kim - I definitely recommend your services and products, and I will be placing more orders with you in the future.
