2. Why isn’t my tracking number working on the USPS website?
To keep shipping costs as low as possible for you, I use a specialized shipping service through Etsy’s partner, Pitney Bowes. These numbers are best viewed directly through your Etsy "Purchases" page or the Pitney Bowes website, rather than the standard USPS portal.
