Jewelry that's Not About Normal.
I started my lines of jewelry in 2005 with a young friend that was designing and making her own clothes and accessories. We started collaborating, but she dropped out of the project. I continued.
Being a master mould maker and caster, I started with the original concept of making jewelry and art from silicone moulds taken directly from live models. I sometimes edit, re-sculpt and manipulate these pieces or cast then exactly as they are into bracelets, belt buckles, cuffs, earrings, or free standing sculpture.
I accept special commissions for private clients. Whether you want a copy of your (or a friend's) lips, feet, toes, nipples, finger(s), hand(s), or entire torso, or just a special bracelet, cuff etc. incorporating body parts from my library, I can do it.
I also make special bracelets, necklaces, belt buckles, and cuffs with words, dates, and designs for anniversaries and special occasions.
I suggest that you look through my various selections to see the range of possibilities. I also maintain extensive photo albums on Tumblr & Facebook as "Not About Normal". I also have photos albums in my name on Google+.
I also make custom sex toys and fetishes. If you can describe it, I can make it for you.
I have been developing a more "sedate" and contemporary series of designs incorporating coins, words, initials, nuts, bolts, zippers, screws, bicycle chain, bullet casings, etc. to appeal to a broader clientele. These designs are quite creative, novel, and are far from ordinary.
My primary medium is pigmented urethane with metallic powders and various hand painted and sprayed patinas and clear coats. Urethane is an incredibly tough material. You would know it as the same stuff as a bowling ball. It is slightly flexible, warm to the touch, and lightweight.
I cast and finish each piece by hand one at a time. I am not interested in mass producing my work from stainless steel moulds. Each piece is unique, and quite often, it has been cast and finished just for you when you order it at no extra charge.
I encourage you to contact me if you have questions or special requests. I love working with clients.
