I love that the content is based on research and I have already had some insights from just completing some of the exercises (I’m still working ont his one). I purchased the life audit workbook first which was very well put together. No wasted time by doing work that was not used elsewhere. So I came back to buy more and had even been sent a coupon code. I hope you are ready because I’m about to shout you out on my podcast. For the price and the value of what you get, this is the highest quality shop on Etsy. This is amazing stuff and I really appreciate that you keep it affordable!

Thank you for the kind and generous review. Each workbook is sequenced so the exercises build toward something concrete you can act on, and they share enough of a backbone that the thinking you do in one compounds in the next. I'm glad you felt that across several of them!

4 na 5 gwiazdekI used a few pages of this for a group therapy activity. It worked pretty well and group members liked it. One downside was that some of the text on page 3 is in a light gray tone that shows up on digital copies, but prints almost too light to read. Other than that would recommend! I used for a PHP addiction recovery/mental health group 1 hour activity.
