My Mom has lymphedema in one leg so she had an old pair of ratty palazzo knit pants she just wouldn't part with but kept saying how she wished she could order more. Well thanks to this fabulous lady, she duplicated her old ratty pants and now we are both happy again! Her communication was excellent!

2 out of 5 starsLooked great in the photograph, but in real life it just looks like a pair of women's tights with an ill fitting crotch - really rough edges, the 'crotch' is much wider than the 'legs'. Very disappointing. This looks pretty bad on.

I've sold several of these belts and never had customers complaints. The product was well made and finished, I don't understand why this customer mentioned that the edges are rough. The ill fitting is almost certainly due to inaccurate measurements provided by the customer, hence the wrong size was made. I would expect that if a customer is dissatisfied with their purchase, they would first contact me to have any issues they have resolved before leaving a negative review. I offered this customer a choice of returning the product for a full refund, despite the damaging review but she was uncooperative.

I sent her my old suit and she was able to come very close to the original pattern. The spandex she purchased was high quality and the color was gorgeous.
