He kept me apprised of the status of my order throughout the process; I ordered both the 500-piece puzzle and the tote. The puzzle is great and I am looking forward to completing this domestic scene at 221B. The tote is beautiful and was tweaked to now show no white at the bottom of the bag, so it looks even better! The detailed work of "Holmes at Home" is a joy to behold & I would totally recommend the SoDetailed shop to devotees of Sherlock Holmes -- thank you very much, Sir!

The picture didn’t even cover the whole bag. The bottom of the bag (and a strip on each side) was plain white , which wasn’t shown in the picture...
