Yes 💛. Every item at Soft Enough is custom printed just for you through our trusted production partners. This allows us to reduce waste and create intentional, meaningful pieces.

4. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Send clear photos of the item and packaging
Include your order number
We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund after review.
5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out. We truly want you to love what you receive.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After that, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.
7. Why do colors look slightly different in person?
