Eftersom många hantverkare baserade i USA har upplevt förlusten av våra lokala tygbutiker, tillsammans med stigande material- och fraktkostnader, kommer även mitt lager att påverkas.

Marmorn jag använder till mönstervikter har blivit dyrare och svårare att lagerhålla och mitt lager av tidigare inköpta ämnen är nästan slut. Jag kommer att ha ytterligare ett stort lager i höst, och sedan kommer jag att sluta sälja dem.

Tygerna som används i mina Doctor Who-ugglor är en blandning av specialtryckta repliktyger och lokalt producerade brukstyger. Jag kan inte längre köpa lokala tyger och de därmed sammanhängande kostnaderna har stadigt stigit. Jag arbetar med att inventera och säkra ett lager för den närmaste framtiden, men återigen, jag är inte säker på hur länge jag kan fortsätta tillverka och sälja dem. Jag förutspår inte att den här butiken kommer att hålla längre än 2025, inte utan en extrem vändning (någon intresserad av målade D&D-minis?)

As many US based crafters have experienced the loss of our local fabric shops, along with rising costs of materials and shipping, my inventory will also be effected.

The marble I use for pattern weights has become more expensive and harder to stock and my inventory of previously purchased blanks is almost depleted. I will have one more big drop in the fall, and then will stop selling them.

The fabrics used in my Doctor Who owls are a mix of custom printed replica fabrics, and utility fabrics sourced locally. I can no longer source local fabrics and the associated costs having been steadily rising. I'm working on inventorying and securing a stock for the near future, but again, I'm not sure how much longer I can continue making and selling them. I don't forsee this shop lasting beyond 2025, not without an extreme pivot (anyone interested in painted D&D minis?)

Thank you for the years of shopping. You've helped support my love of costuming, my kids as they've grown from preschool to adulthood, and the community (mask purchases suring the pandemic supported masks donated to the community).
