1 out of 5 starsI did not receive a ready to print card. Instead I received two PNG images and no PDF as advertised by the seller. This is not a Happy Birthday Goalie card as advertised by the seller. I've contacted the seller who refused to give a refund and has yet to provide a ready to print birthday card. I've been a long time customer of ETSY. I regularly purchase downloads and never had problems like this.

We are truly sorry the download didn't meet your expectations. The photos and listing description inform buyers of size (5x7) and document type (PNG) that the download will be sent as. We are willing to send the download as a different size and type if the buyer messages us first. Thank you for your support of our small shop.

Exchanges and Returns and Damages Products
All sales are final, I cannot cancel an order once it has been placed or give refunds.
If a mistake is made on my part or there is a defect with the shirt I will happily fix it. Please send photo verification of the problem to castlesandcoffeetees@gmail.com However, If it is damaged or missing due to the shippers (USPS/Fedex/UPS) mishandling, the buyer will need to submit a claim to the carrier service.
NO exchanges or refunds are available for wrong size ordered. Please see size guide on product details.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom orders are non- refundable and non-exchangeable. Please message me if you have any questions regarding a custom order.
Sizing details
Please see sizing charts in all the listings for the shirts. My best recommendation is to measure a shirt you have at home for comparison. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions about fit. I am more than happy help! NO exchanges or refunds are available for wrong size ordered.
Shirt color
I do my best to describe the color and take pictures in natural light so you can see the color. But computer screens can be deceiving. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions about a color of a shirt. Refunds are not available because of a color issue.
What happens if my package gets lost?
I cannot refund any orders, which are delayed, lost or damaged by the courier. We are both at the mercy of the courier. The customer must contact USPS to try and track down the lost package.
Returned Packages/Incorrect Address
If a package is returned to my shop because it is marked undeliverable (wrong or insufficient address, no forwarding address, etc.) I will inform the customer immediately. The customer will receive a request to correct the address as well as a link to purchase re-shipping. I will hold the package for 10 days after contacting the customer, after 10 days it will be donated(custom orders) or put back into stock.
What if I order and ready to ship and made to order shirt at the same time?
You may receive two packages from me. I do my best to get you your order as soon as possible and sometimes that means shipping them separately.
Can you ship one order to multiple address?
If you need an order shipped to multiple address, I recommended placing the orders separately or purchasing our multiple shipping address listing.
Christmas delivery
The last day to order for Christmas delivery is December 8th. After that I can not guarantee you will receive your order in time for Christmas.
