What type of products do you sell?
Value Healer specializes in digital business tools including Excel spreadsheets, estimate calculators, pricing tools, business templates, and other productivity resources. We also plan to expand our collection with smart AI-powered business tools.
Are these physical products?
No. All products are digital downloads unless specifically stated otherwise. No physical item will be shipped.
How do I receive my files?
After your payment is successfully processed, Etsy provides access to your purchased digital files through your account. Some products may be delivered as ZIP files containing multiple spreadsheets, PDFs, or other included resources.
Custom and personalised orders
We do not currently offer custom or personalized spreadsheet orders. However, you are welcome to message us with product suggestions or feature requests, and we may consider them for future releases. All purchased templates are editable where specified, allowing you to customize relevant rates, costs, categories, and business details for your own use.
What software do I need?
Most spreadsheet products are designed for Microsoft Excel or compatible spreadsheet software. Please check the individual product description before purchasing for specific software requirements.
Can I edit the spreadsheets and calculators?
Yes. Our editable products are designed so you can customize relevant input fields with your own rates, costs, quantities, taxes, markup, and other business information where applicable.
Are the calculations guaranteed to be correct for my business?
Our calculators are general business estimation tools. You are responsible for reviewing formulas, rates, measurements, taxes, costs, project requirements, and final calculations before using an estimate or quote with a customer.
Can I resell or share the files?
No. Your purchase is for the purchaser's own personal or business use. The original digital files/templates may not be resold, redistributed, shared, sublicensed, copied for resale, or offered as your own digital products.
Can I use the templates for my own customers?
Yes. You may use purchased business tools as part of operating your own business, including preparing estimates or managing your own customer work. You may not sell or distribute the underlying editable template itself.
