What is the turnaround time?

It depends on the products you want to get.
If you need the order by a specific date, please message us first with the following information so we can check for you:

We do not accept cancellations after you place the order. We'll do our best to process the orders as soon as possible and once an order is in production, we are not able to cancel it or make any changes to it.

Exchange or return items are unacceptable since we create each product to your specifications unless an item you received has a major problem from us:
- Design errors/wrong order.
- Bad quality: blurry image/print.
- Significantly different from the description.
- Defective/Damaged.

1. Send us photos of the wrong/damaged/defective items.
2. Send us a photo of the shipping label attached to the package.

2. Contact your neighbors or the building receptionists. There are several cases in which the neighbors pick the wrong package.
3. Contact your local post office to request more information about the package.

How to order multiple items in one order
Please do the following steps:
1. On the listing page, select the item option you want in the drop-down menu.
2. Enter your custom requests clearly in the Personalization box (Please reference the example given).
3. Select the quantity.
4. Click Add to Cart and either Keep Shopping to go back to the shop or Proceed to Checkout.

Please understand that addresses in APO, AE, FPO, PR, VI, HI, GU, DPO, and AK will require an additional shipping fee. We do not accept cancellations after purchasing in this case.
