Hi, I'm Caroline, the face behind CC Shared Services.
I provide remote admin support which also means I have a front-row seat to the daily struggles of small business owners - whether it’s dealing with endless to-do lists or wrestling with creating documents from scratch. Over the years, I noticed that many of my clients were spending way too much time trying to create documents for their business. That’s when the idea hit me: Why not create a template shop where they can easily purchase digital templates at an affordable price? And that’s how my Etsy shop started!
I created my shop to make life easier for other small business owners and self-employed service providers. I know how valuable your time is and I’m here to help you reclaim it. Instead of starting from scratch or spending hours fiddling with formatting, you can grab one of my ready-made templates and get back to focusing on what you do best!
Most of my templates are generic and customisable, meaning they aren’t locked into any specific industry. They provide a solid structure that you can adapt to suit your niche or style. Because no two businesses are the same, my templates give you the flexibility to make them truly your own!
With over 20 years of experience working in corporate admin and customer support roles, I’ve got a good understanding of what makes a useful template. I’m also actively working with small business owners around the world, so I’m constantly in tune with what’s needed. Most business owners use different apps and software, and some prefer specific formats over others. That’s why I create my templates in various formats to suit different preferences. Almost all of my templates are available in both A4 and US sizes, making them convenient.
I believe in keeping things simple. That’s why every template is designed to be easy to use, with no complicated tech or steep learning curves. Plus, some of my templates come with video tutorials or written instructions to help you get the most out of them!
My process for creating templates is a bit… unpredictable! I don’t really follow a strict routine, I tend to go with the flow. If I’m in a creative mood, I might dive into designing Canva templates. If I’m feeling more business-focused, I might whip up process documents. And when I get a chance to work outside my usual niche, I explore new areas like podcasting templates. Basically, every admin task I do for my business or clients inspires me to think, "Could this be turned into a template that helps someone else save time?" And voila, a new product idea is born!
When I’m not busy creating templates or assisting clients, you’ll likely find me on a yoga mat or walking my dog (in fact, if the dog isn't walked, the templates aren't happening because she will sit and stare at me until she gets her walk).
