Premade Logos are sold as non-exclusive. This means that we own the copyright and others may also purchase the logo. You will have a non-exclusive worldwide licence to use your logo, but you are not permitted to resell or redistribute it. Exclusive copyrights are given to Custom Logos.
Custom Logos
Custom Logos are made to order and are exclusive. You own the copyright and can use the logo in any way you wish.
Clipart
Clipart may be used for personal and commercial use (up to 100 times/prints). No attribution/credit is required to use this clipart.
If you require extended commercial use (more than 100 uses/prints of the clipart), you may purchase an extended commercial license. The extended commercial license is a separate product which you can find in our shop.
NOTE: You may use this clipart for stickers, t-shirts, mugs, lessons, scrapbooks, jewelry, websites, and any other such commercial use. You may NOT however, share, redistribute, resell, or modify and repackage this image as clipart/a digital item.
Graphics Templates
- Colors may vary between online viewing and your actual printed product. All monitors display color differently; and it may print darker. Please take this into consideration when placing your order. We are not responsible for color differences.
- Images shown on graphics templates are samples and are not included in your template download. There is a placeholder to insert your own photo.
- Please ensure that you have double-checked for spelling errors, text errors, sizing, colors, bleeds & trim lines. Different printing labs have different print specifications. Please check these specifications and modify your template accordingly if necessary. We are not responsible for any printing errors.

Most fonts we use in our artwork & graphics templates are fonts which are free for commercial use. Due to font author's copyright & licensing restrictions we are unable to distribute the font files themselves. A list of fonts required for our artworks/templates, & in some instances download links are provided by us to you when you purchase a product.
It is your responsibility to evaluate these third party sites & font licenses.
