Orders will usually be dispatched in 24 hours and you will be informed once your order has been dispatched.

Combined shipping will be calculated automatically at checkout. Unfortunately as a result of Covid-19 shipping prices have increased significantly in the last year.

UK domestic shipping will be by Royal Mail First Class.

International orders are sent by Royal Mail standard airmail which on average will take around 2 to 3 weeks, but may take up to 4 weeks depending on your location. Standard airmail is not tracked. (update: Covid-19 has extended shipping times by at least a week.)

For international orders an upgrade to Royal Mail's expedited 'International Tracked/Signed' shipping service is available. This costs £5.30 per order (estimated delivery in around 7-10 days to most countries).*

International orders over £80 (excluding p&p) will always be sent using the Tracked service, so there is no need to pay extra if your order total is above that price.

*Customers in Brazil, Israel and Russia please note that shipping to your country is priced to include tracking on every order. This means that you don't need to pay extra for expedited as it is already included. I apologise for the additional cost but my experience of shipping to those countries is that the majority of customers do not receive their order if sent using the standard postal service.
