They gave me options for my sign, with different sizes and fonts which was great, so I could visualize it. The product arrived quickly, which was a relief because I needed it for an event. I messaged with the seller a lot to make sure the font was perfect for the neon sign (as I had already purchased one from another shop which arrived in terrible quality with poor writing) and they worked hard to make sure I was happy with the sign before I ordered.
