We accept custom orders, please send it to me, let's discuss if we can make it happen.

There are 2-6 sizes available to each item in my shop, but if you still can not find a perfect size in the listing, please send me a custom size.

You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how:
1.) Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.
2.) You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.
3.) Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
4.) Click Continue to return to Etsy. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on Etsy.

We can offer marks on map in form of hearts or stars.
These marks are permanent and can't be removed.
We cannot sell marks for future markings.

To request customization while ordering leave your ideas in text box "Add your personalization" or contact me via convo.

1. I accept cancellations only within 24 hours after an order was made ( at latest due to we might be in different time zone).
2. In case of cancellation after 24 hours after an order was made, buyers are responsible for all costs of used materials:
*In case of cancellation after 2-3 days the order was placed, we are holding charge of 10%.
*In case of cancellation after 4 days and later the order was placed, we are holding charge of 15%.

We accept exchange and return of orders, it has to be in the original condition, without operating traces, in order to make an exchange, contact us within 14 days. Shipping is paid by the buyer.

In case you do not accept delivery within 30 days after day of the shipment, the painting will be disposed of. As a result, you will get a partial refund for your order.

Possible customs duties are not included in the price of the product. Possible fees are fully paid by the buyer.
