The sample set never arrived so I contacted the shop owner to send a new one, which arrived incredibly late as well. The shop owner was responsive and helped me edit my wedding invitation design to my liking but that process took a long time as well due to having to adjust things that I've already asked for but weren't applied to the sample proof of the invitation. Invitations arrived a week later than stated time frame and I wasn't even given any tracking information so I had to ask. I finally received them and one of the insert papers was the incorrect color--even after all the back and forth! The shop owner resent the correct ones without charge (and still no tracking). Finally got them and they look beautiful but my invitations were late being sent out. This was a PROCESS so order early!!!!

My invite came printed on the same shiny printer paper you can buy at staples. Not anything like the photo shown.

The quality is fantastic, the paper is soft and gives the really good feeling. I’ve got all examples that I wanted with this set and I’m really impressed with my he outcome. I love it and will definitely order again!
