I want you to be happy with your purchase and to provide good customer service. If you need to return an item the steps below must be followed!
- You must contact me before returning an item.
- Buyer pays return shipping costs.
- Your purchase price for the item will be refunded, but shipping costs will not be refunded.
- A refund will be issued after I receive the item back from you. It must be returned in the original condition.
- If an item is damaged, I will request pictures of how it arrived to you, including the item, box, and packaging. I must have these to file an insurance claim.
- Refund requests must be made within 5 days of delivery of the item, per the tracking record included each time I mail. Please convo me to make the req

* With vintage, it is impossible for me to tell how much shipping for more than one item will be until I know the items you are interested in.

This was a tough one for me. We all know that there is no such thing as free shipping for vintage items. Free Shipping means the average shipping price is included in the listed price. I want to move to transparency.
I in no way intended to make money from shipping charges. If the amount listed is more than the actually cost by $3.00 then I will refund the additional cost. The $3.00 cover the charges from ETSY for refunding.

I do my best to research each item to find out when it was made. Sometimes I can remember the item from when I was a child, which gives me a general date range. I also use marks and tags on the items to try to provide accurate dates. If I have a unique item that I cannot find any information on, I will default to marking it as simply Vintage.

I have many items that are not yet listed. If you are looking for something specific, I may just have it or can keep a lookout for it!
