How are items shipped and packaged?

We take great care of our work, so you can be assured that the artwork is packaged well. Shipping costs for listed items cover postage and packaging materials.

Tracking on all Pin orders

Most pins are not shipped with tracking! Dutch postal does not give free tracking. It makes no sense to get tracking that is twice as expensive as you order. If you would like tracking on your pin order please contact me.

My order has not arrived after the estimated shipping time. What should I do?

Like 99% of my orders make it to where they need to go. Mail can be delayed and customs may also hold it for 30 working days without cause or notice. If it hasn't returned yet it means it should still be on its way. I really can't do anything but wait and see where it turns up most of the time. I’m very confident that my orders make it to where they need to go but so please be patient. If after dispatch your order has not arrived after 30 days, please contact me for a replacement or refund as the post company will have considered it as lost.
