I was in direct contact with Lisa and she was AMAZING! I had a custom request where instead of there being pop-up letters on the wood, I have it engraved and I also had a desire on placement. She responded to my message on this request so quickly and sent over a proof image before I even placed my order to see if it was what I was looking for. Since I was impressed with the proof, I eagerly placed my order. Receiving my item was EXACTLY as pictured.
