Most items should be ready within a few days, should you require a larger order there may be a lead time. I suggest to order at least 6/8 weeks before hand to ensure there are no delivery delay issues and time to exchange, alter if needed.

Please note in the unfortunate event that your item(s) become lost in transit, we do have to follow the guidelines set out by the delivery carrier, please contact us after 30 working days if the item is delivered overseas. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER POSTAL DELAYS /ISSUES

We are unable to refund or send replacements out until the item is confirmed as lost in the event it retracks and delivery is made after refund is actioned. This is Courier policy.

Yes, we do providing we are contacted and advised of the return within 14 days and the item is returned to us within 14 days from receipt.

In the very small unfortunate event there is an issue with your order, please ensure that the item is returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Please note should a large order, over 4 dresses be placed 'just to try' and all items are returned for a refund there will be a 10% restocking fee to cover our time should no purchase be made.

All our dresses are sized by age, so no need to compare USA or UK, as long as your child is of average body frame for their age simply order the age stated in years.

We do have size guides available but our dresses do fit differently depending on the styles so rather than just send an average size guide we do offer to measure actual dresses for you.

Please contact us with the age and the design for measurements if not already visible. Should you wish to know about sizing up, we do mention if you are ordering from overseas its easier to amend if too big than too small.

Sorry unfortunately we do not make for adults. As we are a Flower Girl / Junior Bridesmaid we do not make custom dresses or older ages unfortunately.

As each delivery will need a address label generated we will require an order with each address you wish us to post too, should you require exact shade matches please ensure to add in the 'notes' section linking the orders together, this way we will ensure to see that all items on each order are to match perfectly. Due to the delicate tulle dying process there can be a very slight shade variation from ream to ream.

We certainly do. We find everyone's shade variations differ - so what we class as white for example, will certainly be a white but if you are comparing to another item it may not be white enough or you. The same for Ivory, this may be a cream ivory base when you require a white ivory base, etc etc.
