How long does it take for you to complete orders?
As long as it takes. It depends on the size of the project and how much you are wanting to put into in. On average for smaller projects, 8Bit gives each design up to about a week. Bigger projects can take up to 3-4 weeks.
What type of works do you make?
Typographical, Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Paintings, Traditional, Drawings, Pen & Ink, Murals, Caricature, Profiles, Streaming content, and more!
How much do you charge per order?
The price of the order depends on the cost of supplies, time invested, and the complexity. We can discuss the details once you've placed your order!
Otherwise all pricing is listed for each item in store!
When will I receive my order from you?
You will receive an email from 8Bit confirming everything from the cost to the design.
Is there any upfront deposit?
For custom orders, yes. You can setup a payment plan, but each order can differ. For pricing information, please visit my website portfolio for more info!
Any questions, comments, or concerns with your order can be discussed through the Etsy "Contact" tab, via email, or my online business card available in bio!
Am I able to cancel my order?
If you have submitted your order & wish to cancel it due to personal reasonings, please be sure to notify me so I am able to discuss with you possible solutions for the cancelation.
I am only able to take on a few orders at a time & orders won't be submitted until everything has been finalized.
I HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY & IT IS NON NEGOTIABLE ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN SUBMITTED.
