One afternoon at 16 years old, my dad walked into my bedroom with a book. The first non-academic book I would ever read. It was the story of an army general and how he beat the odds to reach his current station in life. He started in a warehouse, scrubbing floors the best he could. "Wherever you start in life, give it your best". That was the first principle my Dad outlined from the story. He then went on to outline more principles, which we typed and pasted on my bedroom wall. My very first poster.
As he made me recite these principles throughout the years, little did I realise how they would come back to mind to help me as I found myself now far away from my family, with the task of becoming a man from nothing. I credit a lot of what I am today to that fateful afternoon and the personal development path my Dad put me on.
My hope with this shop, is to equip you so you too can beat the odds and soar beyond your natural ceiling.
