Why is my order still in Pre-Transit?
It's possible that my local post office did not the package in. However, packages are frequently scanned at the regional facility, so we recommend checking back in 24 hours for potential updates. If there's no movement after 3-4 days from the drop-off date, please reach out to us. We'll promptly initiate a case with USPS.
We've noticed that requesting a text/email update often "jumpstarts" the tracking system, which will provide you with the latest shipment progress.

Where do I enter my card message and tea choices?
Under the drop-down boxes in the listing, you'll find a "+ add personalization" button—click it to reveal a box where you can enter your card message, tea preferences etc.
Since Etsy only allows two drop-down boxes, this is our workaround to ensure you can personalize your order to your liking.
Why don't you source from China?
We prioritize the quality and safety of our products. Unfortunately, there have been instances of chemical contaminants in ingredients, even those labeled as organic, sourced from certain regions in China. In our commitment to providing the highest quality teas, we source all our ingredients from certified organic sources as locally as possible. The exception is the dried longans used in "Nighty Night," where organic farming is not currently viable.
Additionally, as a Hong Kong native, I am deeply committed to not supporting the ongoing oppression by the CCP in my home and various other countries.
The package is being returned to the sender due to an incorrect address or the recipient not picking up the package; what should I do?
If your package is being returned, please reach out to us, and we'll be happy to resend it. However, kindly note that re-shipping fees apply as our free shipping policy only covers the initial shipping attempt. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
