Please note: this is a digital file for any embroidery machine, not real embroidery. To use this file, you must have an embroidery machine and any software needed to transfer the design from your computer to your machine.

After purchase, you can download a zipped folder containing embroidery files in the following formats: DST, JEF, XXX, HUS, PES, VP3, EXP, VIP
To use the embroidery files, you must be able to extract the zip archive on your computer.

- You are responsible for ensuring that the design fits within the hoop. You can find the embroidery size in the description of each embroidery design. Please note that even if a design is offered in your embroidery format, it does not guarantee that the designs will be sized compatible (check the embroidery size again before purchasing the files). You must know the size of the embroidery field of your embroidery machine (not to be confused with the size of the hoop). The margin size is the maximum embroidery size that can be embroidered on your embroidery machine.

Feel free to ask if you have any questions about the size of the design or are unsure if the design will fit in your hoop. All such questions should be asked prior to purchase. To do this, you need to write me in private messages the dimensions of your hoop, the brand of your machine and the format you need.

I don't recommend resizing or editing the design. I cannot guarantee that the quality of the design will remain the same if you change the design in any way.

After completing your payment, you will receive two emails from Etsy, one confirming your purchase and the other telling you that your design is ready to upload. To upload a file, open the email provided and click the "View your files on Etsy" button. You will then be redirected to the download page where you can download the zipped file containing your design.

You can also access your downloads by going to: My Account > Purchases > Click the download button next to the purchased item. After downloading the files, don't forget to unzip the folder and extract the files.
